All Fired Up!
Last night Allison's Daisy troop went to a paint your own pottery. The particular place we went to was working with the local food bank and this activity was more or less a community service. We paid a small fee for the girls to paint a bowl. The finished bowl will then be sold for about $4 - $6 more and the profit will then go to the food bank to help provide food for those in need. The girls had a great time creating their masterpieces and painting!

Katie, I'm really curious...Is Allison's troop bridging to Brownies or staying Daisy again next year? Here in North Jersey they are just now telling us they want us to remain Daisies!!! I'm the troop leader and I already bridged them to Brownies...the rebel that I am :)
