Graduation Day!

Today is a monumental day in our household. Allison completed her last day of pre-school and will have her graduation ceremony tonight! She is very excited about the prospects of Kindergarten! It was a little bit sad for me today as I picked her up. It occurred to me that this was it...no younger siblings to follow in the footsteps at Stepping Stones. We will miss Mrs. Kraft, Mrs. DiPaola and the rest of the Stepping Stones family a ton! I guess I didn't feel so sad when Jacob graduated since I knew that we would one day be back there when Allison attended.

Performances

Last week was a week full of performances for both kids. Jacob has his 1st grade school musical. They sang songs from the musical Mary Poppins. Jacob sang "The Perfect Nanny" and also "Jolly Day With Mary".

Allison also performed in her 2nd dance recital. She performed a ballet called "Broadway Bears". She danced with a teddy bear and was dressed in full ballet attire!

And The Blogging Begins .....

I did it! I started blogging - or at least I think I did! A good friend started her blogging journey 1 year ago and I'm now following in her footsteps.

My desire for this blog is to keep family and friends linked to our lives even though we may live miles and miles away. My hope is that this will enable them to get small glimpses into our lives and watch our kids grow!
